Processing & Fulfillment
• All orders are hand‑poured in small batches and ship within 3-5 business days of receipt.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking number) as soon as your manifesting candles are on their way.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
• If your package doesn’t arrive or is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 14 days so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.

No‑Return, Unless Damaged
Because our candles are hand‑poured just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective. We want you to love your birthday candles, so if they arrive damaged, we’ll happily get things sorted!
How to Report Damage
Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If anything is broken or defective email us within 7 days at support@themanifestingstudio.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Resolution
• Once we verify damage, we’ll happily send a replacement set of candles at no extra cost—or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
• Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your request and ship your replacements.
